BCM Tech is an IT service provider with strong experience in providing industry-specific solutions and services to small-mid-size companies in the Middle East. I consulted on a project with high-level business requirements to replace their existing multi-system network with a single full-fledge Asset Performance Management System within all medical organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

PRODUCT RESEARCH
As complex enterprise software, the number of stakeholders and users for the software was extremely high. We tried to clearly understand and map out the information architecture required for the entire software and decided the action and user flow. We then moved to wireframes to have a skeleton structure of the entire software before designing the front-end of the user interface.
